Boxer Association of Victoria Championship Show

I thank Lionel Bleakley and his Committee for inviting me to Judge at the Specialty Show organized by the Boxer Association of Victoria. It was an honour and an absolute delight to Judge at Bulla. I was presented many Boxers of high quality and the enthusiasm and camaraderie of the exhibitors was praiseworthy.

Exh No. 1 Baby Puppy Dog . Placed 1 in Class
Lambda Like A Rocket
Beautiful square puppy. Lovely head-piece, correct placement of eyes, strong jaws , good dentition and very good bone. Very good angles front and rear, very good length of lower arm. Moves with purpose and clean going and coming. Strong topline, correct level backline. Happy in the ring. Very promising.
Exh No. 4 Baby Puppy Dog. Placed 2 in Class
Kesdar Caramel Crunch
A nicely put together puppy. Good conformation and presented in good condition. Nice head but would prefer a stronger under jaw. Would prefer a better lay of shoulder which would perhaps give him the desirable level topline/backline. Could do with better bend of stifle. Promising .

Berradell Kiss Me At Elformiq
A little big for me in the first appearance. At the edge of the standard as far as height is concerned. Pleasing head and good expression. Good strong under jaw and good dentition. Would prefer better angle in the forearm as he appears a bit straight. A slightly sloping topline. Strong and clean movement. Overall a good dog.

Quasar Roll The Dice (Imp NZ)
Brindle male. Beautifully presented. Correct body and muscle tome. Good strong head. Would prefer a little more refinement in the muzzle with tighter flews. Correct eye shape and placement and tight rims. Good angles front and rear but carries a bit of arch on the loin. Moves with purpose. Handled well.

Ch Boyer We Will Rock You (AI)
Nicely marked fawn dog. Very well put together. I am a little disturbed by the head. Too many wrinkles on the foreface. with a disturbing wrinkle near the stop carrying right up to the forehead. Otherwise a beautifully made dog. Correct angles and topline and moved very well. Its just that his head is not as typical as I would have wanted it to be.

Tyeanbo Bennie N The Jets
Lovely general appearance. Comes through as a strong boy . Square in body and correct proportions all over. Good strong head, correct stop, correct eye placement and tight eye rims. Good strong jaw. Very good angles front and rear and moves with purpose. Overall excellent.

Ch Tyeanbo Dreams Do Come True (AI)
Fawn Dog. Would have preferred a better mouth. Lower incisors are not in line and lower jaw is visible from under the upper lip. Loose flews. A bit long in body with a steep croup and shows a bit of sickle hock.

Ch Kesdar Fifty Shades Darker At Tonmar
Beautifully presented. Lovely head piece. Correct proportions. Strong lower jaw. And very good dentition. Correct placement of flews. Tight eye rims and very good placement of ears. Correct angulation front and rear. Good Depth of Chest, good brisket. Very nice topline and underline. Moves correct going and coming.

Ch Tyeambo Rocket Man
Beautifully presented. Very correct head, correct proportions of muzzle and head. Very typical expression, placement of eyes and nose. Muscular condition. Square outline. Beautiful topline, backline and underline. Very purposeful on the move with good reach and drive. A pleasure to have him in the ring.

Beautiful square dog. A bit overdone in the head and does not match in jaw strength. Very nice on the stack but tends to toe in ( right leg). Overall very nice conformation.

Beautiful square dog. Correct proportions all over. Strong head and typical movement. Just a wee bit long in body and in second thigh.

Ch Milmac Hugo Boss
Excellent Dog. Showing all the quality that he would have as a youngster. Still carrying a beautiful topline and show attitude. Lovely head-piece. Even as a veteran he has tight eye rims and correct flews. Strong angulation and fore chest. A bit loose in the hinds while going away but that is understandable at 10 years. A pleasure to have him in the ring.

Beautifully put together. Strong head, strong angulation. Lovely eye placement and expression. She has the attitude. Correct length of forearm. Good mask. Clean mover going and coming. Very promising.

Very nicely put together . Beautiful head and strong lower jaw. Correct angles front and rear. Good level topline. Moves well. Very promising.

Very nicely put together. Pretty head and expression. Very good angles and clean mover going and coming. Just a wee bit long in back for me and shows a slight arch over loin. Very promising.

Very well presented. Good on the stack. Good angles front and rear. Good head proportions. Correct size and good mover. Would have preferred a better mouth.

Beautifully presented. Correct size. Very nice head pice. Good strong lower jaw. Correct placement of eye. Lovely angles in the front assembly with good length of lower arm. Beautiful level topline. Clean movement coming and going. Overall excellent.

Good heavy set bitch. Well made all over. Correct angles front and rear. Moves well. A bit of black marking on the forearm and upper arm. Overall a nice bitch

Nicely presented, correct size. Beautiful head piece. Strong lower jaw. Lovely mask. Good length of forearm very good angulation front and rear. Strong on the move and carries her topline well.

Rampid Hells Bells
Heavy Set. Difficult to sex on the stack as head is not feminine. Upright in the forearm. Lacks angulation in the rear.

Good medium size bitch. Correct head piece with correct length of foreface. Strong under jaw. Good eye. Maintains a level topline with very good angulation. The melamine marking on the rear flank and under the tail is a bit untypical. Overall a very good bitch.

Medium Sized strong bitch. Could have a better mouth. Slightly broken topline with arching over the loin.

Very good head. Strong foreface. Strong and square bodied. Correct angles front and rear. Moves well. A little shy.
